Full Job Description
We have an urgent need for a Physician’s Assistant to help with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments, and consultations to assess patient needs, order and interpret diagnostic results to formulate and prescribe treatment plans.
QC Kinetix is a non-surgical regenerative medicine practice. We aim to help patients with arthritis, sports-related injuries, and chronic joint pain without using surgery, steroids, or pain meds.
Position Details:
- Initial Schedule: 1 day per week (Thursday), four days a month.
- Additional day(s) per week when other locations open.
- 7:30 am – 6:00 pm (1 hr. lunch) Hours may vary.
- Compensation is $500 per day BOE.
- Must be able to attend a 2-day training class.
Qualifications:
- Sports medicine/Orthopedic exams
- Joint injections in an out-patient setting
- Ability to read and interpret X-rays and MRI
- Manage patient flow (Day/clinic hours)
- Ensure delivery of timeliness, cleanliness, and professionalism to each patient
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent bedside manners are required.
- Must be a team player.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required licensing and experience:
- 1-year clinical experience required
- Must be licensed in the State of New York
